Return Policy

Returns:
A Honua Unlimited product that is purchased online (excluding promotional and sale items) can be returned within 30 days from the date received for a refund.

All returns must submit this form to request the return.
Merchandise must be returned unused in the same condition you received it.
The condition of the product and your refund is left at the discretion of Honua Unlimited.

Shipping:
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and
customers are responsible for any shipping expenses.

Send returns with the copy of the original proof of purchase to:

Refunds:
After your return has been received and determined unused, we will issue your refund to the original credit card used for purchase. Refunds will take approximately 10-14 business days.

Manufacture Defects?
All manufacturing defects will be handled on a case by case basis to repair or exchange the defective product.
